Adb not recognized in windows

I’m sure that i have follwed very well al the steps:

Failed to resolve the Android SDK path. ANDROID_HOME is set to a non-existing path: C:\Users\almta\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk.

operable program or batch file.

I have set the path in the enviroment variables, tried to run it on a linux simulator and still got caught

I already resolved it was something in the enviroment variables that went wrong
