# Where to start learning language

I want to create a billing system for my small bussiness and i want it to my own , this also comes with the mikrotik api connection and xendit api intergration one of the best billing services on the philippines , i’m an IT but not into programming but i really want to learn, anyone what should i need for this kind of system .

i want it to have login page where in it has for clients and admin .
