# Unable to default to python3 on VS Code

Greetings,

I just started with the course. I have encountered one difficulty, VS Code on the lecture seems to be different than the latest version I am using. json code did not appears like in the course to enable me to default on python3. I am still having “python -u” when I run a program, I am using a mac.

some guidance will be appreciated.
