# Transaction declined

When I use Visa to pay money, I get the transaction declined, and when I use Google Pay, I get the same error. What should I do?

Since both Visa and Google Pay are declined, ask your bank whether it’s blocking an international online or recurring charge. Check that the billing address and country match your card details, then contact Mosh support with the error and attempt time. Don’t post card details here.
