# React Native Debugger not getting connected with the app

In this [6- Inspecting API Calls | Code with Mosh](https://codewithmosh.com/courses/955852/lectures/17711531), Mosh has mentioned to install the React Native Debugger, but after opening a new tab for debugging on port 19001, it just waits and waits for connecting to the app even after enabling remote debugging on iOS simulator. Any solution for this issue?

React Native Debugger - v0.12.1  
React Native - SDK 42.0.0

Try port 19000. That worked for me.
