# Mastering React: Vidly: Form component

In the course-vidly there is a component class called Form. This is used for all the validation stuff. Other classes derive this component later. My question is, how would this component look like if a functional component with useStates is used instead of a class.

Hi.  
I’m also interested in such question and similar question was asked [here](https://forum.codewithmosh.com/t/how-can-i-convert-a-class-component-which-extends-another-class-component-in-a-functional-component-in-reactjs/8967).  
There is no clear answer on how to do it for now.
