While Mosh’s course on data structure and algorithms is using Java to demonstrate, it is certainly possible to use his material and just port the code to Python. Based on some questions I have seen here in the forums, I know this has been done. Maybe someone even has a complete repository with all of the code ported.

You can also just ask for help if you get stuck while doing that and we can help you.
