# I have trouble for a refund

I have purchased C++ courses on Sep 1, and only touched a bit. Then found that as a beginner Python would be a better choice, and I immediately sent a refund request email to [support@codewithmosh.com](mailto:support@codewithmosh.com), but haven’t received any replies till Sep 6, so I sent a follow-up email, and also tried using “Contact” in the website, and now it’s Sep 10, there’s still no reply.

Am I did something wrong or is there’s any solution, please accept my requst @codewithmosh , thanks a lot.

Thank you for your reply. I’m sorry for the extra follow-ups. The refund has arrived a few minutes ago and the date says Sep 7, that might be a delay on the Mastercard services side. It’s just that I hadn’t received any email notification from codewithmosh, so I assumed the refund was still pending. Thank you for your help, and I’m sorry for the confusion.
