# Folder location issue with Yelp (Section 11)

Somehow I made it to Section 11 - Popular Python Packages.  
I am confused about using VS Code with this. In the terminal I can run the app.py code BUT in the Terminal console, the folder is switched HelloWorld:

PS P:\Python\HelloWorld\> & p:/Python/HelloWorld/env/Scripts/Activate.ps1  
(env) PS P:\Python\HelloWorld\> & p:/Python/HelloWorld/env/Scripts/python.exe p:/Python/PyYelp/app.py

So 1) Why the switched to the other folder?
