# Dispute about subscription renewal

My subscription for all courses was renewed automatically. I do not want to continue the subscription and I want my money to be refunded. When I cancelled the subscription it says I am renewed till July16th 2024. I do not want this renewal and I want my money refunded.

Yes I contacted support, it got resolved. Thank you. My suggestion is have a different mail id for subscription related support issues. This will give better user experience and remove panic.
