# Deploying react project (Rawg.io)

“I followed Mosh’s step-by-step guide for deploying the project with Vercel, but I am getting a 404 error. The project works with the `npm run dev` command, by the way. Could someone explain why the deployment didn’t succeed and how to fix it?”

Well why is it failing? When you deploy there should be logs that give you details about what happened.
