# Can't access django website from pycharm

Hey everyone! I am just watching Mosh’s beginner tutorial on youtube ([Python Tutorial - Python Full Course for Beginners - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uQrJ0TkZlc&t=10275s)) and at 5:05:10 in Terminal after typing “python manage.py runserver” I see this (picture under the text) instead of what Mosh had in the tutorial. Because of that I am not able to access the Django website. Does anybody know why is that (I did everything as he said and I even try using newer version of Django)? Thanks!
